Frequently Asked Questions


 

  1. Are the products brand new?  Original?

    Yes, the products are brand new and original.  We don’t sell fake, counterfeit or reconditioned camera or camcorder.  We guarantee that all our items are purchased direct from authorized distributors.

  2. How about warranty of products?

    Yes.  Our products come with 12 months warranty on parts and services.  However, NEGLIGENCE on the part of the user is not covered by the warranty.  If problem of the product is proven to be caused by negligence, the product will not be replaced but can be repaired with a corresponding repair fee.

  3. Can i have my camera or camcorder repaired after the warranty period?

    Yes, but with an extra charge.  Charges will depend on the extent of the damage and the parts to be replaced.

  4. Is shipping free?  What about shipping insurance?  What courier do you use?

    For areas within Metro Manila, shipping (inclusive of insurance) is FREE of charge.

    For areas outside Metro Manila, we will charge a flat rate of 150php inclusive of shipping insurance

    For areas considered “out of town/provincial” (i.e Boracay Island), we charge a flat rate of 250php inclusive of shipping insurance

    We ship through Air 21 or Xend Express for Metro Manila and outside Metro Manila areas; LBC for out of town shipments.

  5. How do I know if my orders have been shipped?

    Upon confirmation of payment, please allow 1 to 2 days for your orders to be shipped.  Once shipped, your tracking number/waybill number will be emailed or texted to you.  Although, we will try our best to ship your orders the same day that we confirm your payment.

  6. How long will I receive my orders?

    For within town serviceable areas, it usually takes a day for your orders to reach you.  However, due to unforeseen circumstance (i.e typhoon, floods, calamity) please allow a leeway of 2 days.   For out of town areas, please allow a maximum of 2 to 3 days since courier services don’t usually have daily schedule to these locations.

  7. There’s a problem with the camera, can i get a full refund?

    If your camera is proven to have a factory defect, we will gladly replace with a new unit.  However, problems related to negligence will not be entertained and replaced.  We don’t accept money back refund.  Although, you can upgrade your unit or replace with a different model of your choice but alteration of model/color of unit will not be entertained once the order has already been shipped out.

  8. What are the payment methods?

    We accept payment through bank deposit BDO.  Please call us for further bank details.
